Ashland in SpainOur presence in Spain has grown steadily since 1963. Today our largest European resin production facility is in Benicarló, and we have a major production facility in Tarragona for sizing, wet strength and process chemicals, and creping products for the tissue and towel market. In Barcelona, we have a colored plastics compounding plant and warehouse serving plastics processors across Europe. It’s also the home of our central European office for Ashland Performance Materials, including customer service and corporate services representatives supporting all of our commercial units in the region.
