PLIODECK Insulation Adhesive is available in 1 or 2.5 gallon cans and can be hand or cart applied without electric power or air pressure.

The simple cart system, which assembles in just a few minutes, eliminates expensive spray equipment, atomized MDI, overspray, clogged nozzles and wands and complicated, messy clean-up. The PLIODECK cart is easily cleaned for re-use.

• PLIODECK Insulation Adhesive’s application is fast and easy. Prior to applying the adhesive, the roofing surface should be swept clean and dry. Adhesive is applied to the substrate in 12" o.c. beads (6" on perimeters) and the insulation or recovery boards can be placed immediately.
• PLIODECK Insulation Adhesive begins to foam within 5 - 10 minutes, and within 30 - 45 minutes the boards will be sufficiently locked down to allow application of waterproofing membrane. These are average times based on typical ambient conditions and substrate moisture.
• PLIODECK Insulation Adhesive cures to full strength in 24 hours to form a strong, durable bond between the substrate surface and insulation.
