NEVAMELT wire rope conditioner is a specially formulated product for extending the life of wire ropes by minimizing corrosion. The Kirkpatrick Wire Rope Lubrication Systems are designed to clean wire rope and inject NEVAMELT wire rope conditioner into the cable under pressure in one application. As a result, a wire rope's surface and grooves are scraped clean of product buildup and grit. At the same time, NEVAMELT wire rope conditioner is uniformly applied to the newly cleaned surface and injected into the internal strands displacing any moisture present.

When the Kirkpatrick systems are used in conjunction with NEVAMELT conditioner, manpower and time required to clean and lubricate wires is reduced. Together, they provide a complete solution for the care and maintenance of wire ropes.
