OnGuard™ Tracker analyzer
In industrial cooling water treatment systems, controlling chemical dosage can be challenging. If the amount of chemical delivered to the system varies too much, the over- and under-feed intervals can result in higher costs (over-feed), poor performance (under-feed), unnecessary operator intervention and an unacceptable response time to system upsets. With the OnGuard Tracker analyzer, customers can monitor and control chemical dosage to a specified range with minimal standard deviation. This allows customers to optimize chemical use, maximize performance, and protect critical assets.
OnGuard Tracker analyzer provides real time monitoring of fluorescent additives to Ashland’s custom blended products, verifying that plant chemistry is within control limits. It’s an integrated component of Ashland’s proprietary OnGuard controller technology making adjustments to minimize deviation, so we can maintain narrow control limits. As a result, feed rates of critical treatment chemicals can be precisely controlled, allowing for the optimization of chemical use and providing fast response to system upsets.
