Nexton specialty water-soluble polymers are a family of nonionic additives. Their unique chemistries provide distinctive textures in cement, gypsum- and latex-based products improving workability, cohesiveness and appearance of building material.

Nexton products have been developed specifically for masonry systems, tape joint compounds, gypsum plasters and renders.

Joint Compound

Nexton specialty water-soluble polymers are used in mortars to affix and finish Exterior Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS) and External Insulation and Finishing Systems (EIFS). Developed in Europe and used around the world, many governments encourage or mandate the use of advanced thermal insulation to reduce the energy needed to heat or cool buildings.

Mortars, Stucco

Used in the construction of brick, block and veneer walls, Nexton specialty water-soluble polymers are a complete line of additives that improve the performance of masonry and mortar cement systems. Available in dry or liquid suspension, these additives can be inter-ground at the cement mill or dry blended into various masonry products

Tile Adhesives, Caulks and Sealants

From cement-based to latex-based tile adhesives, our range of tile and cement additives improve workability, application properties and final product performance. Pre-blended in dry-mortar plants, tile cements are the most common adhesives to fix ceramic tiles as well as natural stones like marble. Used to fix ceramic tiles on vertical substrates, tile adhesives consist of a latex binder, aggregates, filler, defoamer, wetting agents, preservatives and film forming agents.
