LiquaGard™ preservative INCI Name: Butylene Glycol and Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate
LiquaGard preservative is an extremely effective fungicide at low concentrations. It is a liquid preservative blend of the highest grade of pure iodopropynyl butylcarbamate in a solvent, butylene glycol. LiquaGard preservative can also be used in combination with other
preservatives such as Germall™ 115 preservative, Germall™ II preservative, or the Optiphen™ preservative range to provide broad-spectrum preservation. It is compatible with broad range of raw materials including surfactants and proteins.
