Hercobond™ 6000 paper performance additives
Hercobond 6000 paper performance additives comprise a family of single-component products that provide a powerful combination of strength, retention, drainage and charge control. In addition to enhancing sheet strength, increasing machine speed, reducing energy consumption and improving retention and drainage, the technology makes wet end simplification a true reality. In fact, many papermakers that use the technology have been able to reduce or eliminate the use of certain wet end additives, including starch, dry strength, drainage and retention aids, and charge donors.
Designed for use in packaging, printing and writing, and tissue and towel grades, Hercobond 6000 paper performance additives work over a broad pH range and are tolerant to sulfites, pH, alkalinity and conductivity swings. The technology is simple to use and apply and is compatible with most system additives.
