Ashland's Gafchromic self-developing dosimetry film has been created specifically for applications in radiotherapy at the processorless environment of the modern medical center. It supports all major technologies with convenience and cost-savings, complimented by our FilmQA software and Quick Start System. The product line includes:
● EBT2 and EBT3 films for measuring patient dosimetry for IMRT plan verification.
● RTQA2 film for routine machine QA, such as radiation field / light field testing.
● MD-V3 films for measuring medium- to high-dose patient dosimetry.
● HD-V2 film for high-dose dosimetry work such as gamma Knife and SRS

Gafchromic EBT2 self-developing dosimetry film has been developed specifically for applications in radiotherapy at the processorless environment of the modern medical center.
This film has an asymmetrical construction requiring special handling during scanning.
The Gafchromic EBT2 Quick Start System combines three excellent components and on-site training for a precise, economic and convenient radiotherapy quality assurance system. It consists of FilmQA Verification Software, four 25-sheet packages of EBT2 radiotherapy film, the Epson* Expression* 10000XL-Photo flatbed scanner, and one full day of on-site training. The Gafchromic EBT2 Suite Quick Start System is offered as a package only in the U.S.

Gafchromic EBT3 self-developing dosimetry film has been developed specifically for applications in radiotherapy at the processor-less environment of the modern medical center.
This film features symmetrical construction and anti-Newton ring coatings for enhanced ease-of-use and accuracy.
The EBT3 film can be purchased with (614100467157) or without (63410467157) fiducial markings on the film, and also as a specially designed film for the one-scan protocol (64410467157).

CyberKnife* quality assurance films are now available in both the Gafchromic EBT2 and Gafchromic EBT3 films. These custom-cut films are designed to fit your special CyberKnife system quality assurance phantoms. In addition, these films are used for daily, weekly and monthly quality assurance testing as required for the CyberKnife system.

Gafchromic HD-V2 high-dose dosimetry film has been designed for use with beams of photons, electrons, protons, ions and neutrons. Gafchromic HD-V2 is a direct replacement for the Gafchromic HD-810 flim that has been discontinued. It can be used to measure and map sources of various types covering a wide range of charged-particle energies down to 5keV or lower.

Gafchromic MD-V3 radiochromic dosimetry film is designed for the measurement of the absorbed dose of high-energy photons. The response of the film is energy-independent to photons of 0.2 MeV energy or more. Gafchromic MD-V3 film is a direct replacement for Gafchromic MD-V2-55 film.

Gafchromic RTQA2 self-developing radiochromic quality assurance films are well-suited for use in the processor-less environment of the modern hospital. They are for faster, easier, more convenient and less costly quality assurance testing of radiotherapy sources and the commissioning of therapy equipment. The films are specifically designed for LINAC/accelerator machine quality assurance, such as light field/radiation field-alignment tests and precision star shot, as well as position verification for HDR and autoradiograpy of implantable seeds, plaques and other sources.
