Ferroclean™ cleaning treatment
Ferroclean cleaning treatment is a patented, citric acid-based cleaner that effectively removes deposits from a variety of water-based systems, including cooling towers, condensers, chilled and hot water heating systems as well as various industrial systems. Unlike conventional low-pH cleaning products, Ferroclean cleaners remove deposits without significantly increasing the potential for corrosion.
The cleaners penetrate and disperse deposits, dislodging particulates and debris, while protecting the underlying system metallurgy. Particulates and debris can then be drained and flushed from the system leaving clean metal surfaces, which can then effectively be protected from corrosion by proper application of a corrosion inhibitor.
