Copolymer VC-713 polymer

A water-soluble film former with pseudo-cationic functionality it is substantive to negatively charged surfaces with low tack.

Quaternization yields cationic polymer; compatible with anionic, nonionic and cationic surfactants, silicones and thickeners.
