Now in its fourth decade of existence, the 1 800 ASHLAND program has evolved into the backbone of Ashland's 24/7 central reporting program. The 1 800 ASHLAND hotline is not only for EH&S-, security- and compliance-related incidents, but is also the central clearinghouse for all emergency and non-emergency reporting and response.

The 1 800 ASHLAND number can be found internally on everything from the corporate intranet and permanent bulletin board postings to signage at our facilities. Externally, the number appears on our invoices and products to provide customers and other stakeholders with a 24-hour number to contact for assistance. Law enforcement agencies and first responders also utilize the number as a conduit to locate and brief our Security Department staff.
