They keep working even after they leave

For many Ashland employees, the spirit that guides our company is one that stays with them for a lifetime. That’s why our retirees are still such an active part of our corporate citizenship efforts. Working together with the communities they call home, our retirees annually contribute thousands of volunteer hours, plus skills and expertise, to a broad range of enrichment activities. They teach, advise, mentor and serve as board members and role models. They feed the hungry, clothe the disadvantaged and comfort the sick. And they also give as generously in monetary donations as they do in time.
