Our Global Diversity and Inclusion Steering Council includes key business leaders and representatives. In 2009, we adopted a two-year plan to address key issues facing Ashland in enhancing and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. At the end of the current plan, we will reassess our goals, solicit team-member input and adjust and enhance our plan to continue to improve our policies and action.
In addition to designing, developing and driving our diversity and inclusion strategy, the council is responsible for:
