The foundation of our ethics and compliance program is the annual Global Standards of Business Conduct questionnaire and certification process. Each year, Ashland employees worldwide are reminded of their responsibilities by completing a Questionnaire and Certification Statement as part of this program. Additionally, required ethics training programs, as well as general compliance training courses are periodically assigned to employees.
