As a global company, we recognize the challenges of operating around the world. While many laws have international application, we are also mindful of observing diverse local customs and the laws of the countries in which we operate.

The foundation of our ethics and compliance program is the annual Global Standards of Business Conduct questionnaire and certification process. Each year, Ashland employees worldwide are reminded of their responsibilities by completing a Questionnaire and Certification Statement as part of this program. Additionally, required ethics training programs, as well as general compliance training courses are periodically assigned to employees.

Acting with integrity, honesty and in compliance with the law is the number one responsibility of every Ashland employee. In fact, it is part of how we work, every day, around the world.
