Foam Control

Foam control agents suppress, eliminate, control or prevent foam in industrial processes.

DREWPLUS® foam control agents are formulated from a wide variety of surface-active agents, such as silicone oil, mineral oil, glycols, fatty acids, esters and fatty alcohols. Oil-based, alcohol-based, silicone-based and water-based products also are available.

We have a very broad product line to handle a wide variety of foaming problems. This includes products with low aquatic toxicity designed to control foam in a variety of air scrubber and wastewater treatment systems. There also is a line of foam control agents designed and approved for various food contact applications. Other products control foam in pulp and paper process applications, boiler and cooling water treatment, and are functional additives in paint, adhesives and coatings.
