ONGUARD® FR Series Control Systems

Developed and supported via an alliance with Fisher-Rosemount Company, our ONGUARD FR series control systems provide the most flexible, adaptable and easy-to-use controllers in the water treatment marketplace. Each system application is custom-configured, using state-of-the-art water treatment control strategies, data management tools, and remote surveillance and support services. ONGUARD® e-Series Controllers
ONGUARD E-series cooling tower and boiler controllers combine a powerful control platform with state-of-the-art communication technology to enable remote control and monitoring of water treatment programs via a standard web browser. Alarm notifications, data logs and system summaries can be initiated from the controller and automatically sent to user-defined recipients via e-mail.

ONGUARD® PFC Proportional Feed Controller
The ONGUARD PFC proportional feed controller is designed for applications where chemical feed in proportion to a flow rate is desired. This controller uses the same custom-programmed proportional feed logic previously available only on ONGUARD FR series remote operations controller (ROC) systems. By providing this control logic in a stand-alone controller, the ONGUARD PFC controller provides a cost-effective solution for small, medium or even large applications. The unit provides all of the proportional feed functionality of the ROC, without the cost and complexity.

ONGUARD SUREFEED™ and SUREFEED PLUS™ Feed Rate Verification
The ONGUARD SUREFEED feed rate verification system is a metering pump flow verification system that provides a local and remote output for a no-flow condition existing during chemical injection.

The ONGUARD SUREFEED PLUS feed rate verification system is a metering pump flow rate verification system that provides a local and remote output for the actual chemical feed rate and totalization of the chemical feed. Both systems provide a means for alarming to potential mechanical failures of chemical metering pumps.

DREWTRAX® Data Management

Maintaining the consistency and effectiveness of water treatment is dependent not only upon periodic monitoring, but also the accurate interpretation of critical operating data. DREWTRAX data management transforms water treatment data into meaningful water management information. Using statistical process control (SPC) techniques, DREWTRAX software extracts detailed information from plant data and readily displays these analyses in easy-to-interpret charts and reports.

DREWTRAX software is a Microsoft WINDOWS® software-based data management program. Descriptive program menus are supported by on-line help, a detailed user's manual and a training tutorial.
