Our no-bake binders include:
PEP SET®
PEP SET exhibits fast cure speeds and excellent strength under a variety of conditions. Its 5000, 7000 and 8000
series is available for aluminum applications.
PEP SET QUANTUM
PEP SET QUANTUM™ binders take no-bake technology to the next level by achieving excellent strength and sand flowability under a wider range of operating conditions and temperatures. These binders greatly increase performance, lower overall casting costs and provide the environmental properties you expect from us.
NOVATHANE®
Fast-curing and designed for superior core and mold strength, it improves flowability over conventional
phenolic-urethane no-bake binders.
MAGNASET®
Developed for applications requiring high productivity and low VOCs, nitrogen and water content, it is cured with
sulfonic acid-based catalysts.
CHEM-REZ®
A furan no-bake binder, it offers high reactivity, outstanding thermal behavior and high-dimensional accuracy. It
also is available as a phenolic-based no-bake binder.
NOVASET®
An ester-cured phenolic no-bake binder that provides good sand flowability, fast cure speed and low odor, it has
higher early strengths than conventional silicate no-bake binders.
LINO-CURE®
An oil-based binder, it is a zero-phenol, zero-formaldehyde alkyd-urethane, three-component no-bake binder, which
allows longer working times and less sensitivity to variables.
ACCOSET®
A sodium silicate no-bake binder, it is water-based and formulated for a wide range of curing times. It contains
no solvents and shows little or no smoke or odor during pouring and shakeout.
