EXACTCALC™ software aids in the design of foundry running and feeding systems. It supplies you with a scientific
and systematic approach in accordance with ISO 9000 standards, giving you a common starting point for all method
design. This leads to greater consistency, improved yields and better understanding of the variables that exist
within your foundry. It can be incorporated into existing quality systems, and its data can be stored as a computer
file or printed to produce a method document.
The software is easy to use and includes a "learn" function allowing users to fine-tune the system by adjusting
its internal settings to correct for each foundry's unique variable parameters. Over a short period of time the
software becomes a unique tool for each foundry, through an invaluable accumulation of knowledge. A comprehensive,
on-line help file is included, and the software also operates in both metric and imperial units.
