Acrylic structural adhesives

Pliogrip 10:1 methacrylate adhesives are designed for bonding GRP composites in marine, wind, transportation and general assembly applications.   Methacrylate adhesives provide significant performance advantages with their ability to adhere to a wide range of thermoplastics. Metals,  and composite materials with just little or no surface preparation.
● Excellent adhesion to many substrates with just little or no surface preparation
● Less boil during cure compared to competitive acrylic adhesives
● Fast room temperature cure
● Excellent salt water, gasoline and temperature resistance

Pliogrip 1000:   A 10:1 ratio (by volume) methacrylate adhesive formulated for the marine industry to bond open-mold fiberglass & gelcoat.    Excellent sag and slide resistance in large beads.   Long open time as needed for stringer bonding, deck-to-hull, and bulkhead bonding in marine applications.    Activators provide 40-min, 60-min, and 80-min work times.    Bulk only.  More...
